In the evenings, when you go downstairs to the front desk to ask something, there is nobody there.

The location is perfect and the staff are friendly, but the rooms are super small with a view of the back side, the whole hotel smells like deep‑fried food in the evening, the dinner was poor and totally overpriced.

The family hotel is high quality, with spacious, clean rooms that have a nice view and balcony, sturdy beds, a smaller but tidy bathroom with a nice shower, a good breakfast buffet, very friendly staff at the reception and breakfast, and a great restaurant with quick and neat service; there is enough free parking. The only real downside is that the two single beds each have two loose wheels, so any movement makes the bed slide, which is very irritating; please replace them with legs or wheels that have brakes. This is a real blemish on an otherwise perfect stay at this hotel – very disappointing.
