The staff at breakfast were friendly, and the location is superb. Communication with the host was a bit slow, and a refrigerator in the room would be great.

The location and the hotel’s parking were very good. The lady at check‑in was very unfriendly to every question. The rooms need a full refresh; they’re not comparable to the pictures on the booking site. The restaurant and café were never open, and even for breakfast the entrance door was locked so the untidy terrace couldn’t be used.

The location is excellent. Unfortunately, breakfast reservations didn’t work out and the pillows were not sleep‑friendly—very flat and barely filled.

The check‑in was comfortable and the bed was cozy, but we paid the tourist tax and never got a card because we couldn’t reach any staff.
