It’s a nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. Breakfast is very extensive and not overly busy or noisy. I also found it somewhat distant, not a cozy hotel. The staff were very friendly but reserved. I usually go to Sofitel and find it a bit more convivial. Sheraton’s location is nicer, right next to the shopping mall. The hotel is a bit stiff, a bit less convivial? The room is also very nice but totally lacks atmosphere.
I stayed in a very central spot, the hotel was spotless and tidy, rooms were spacious, every staff member was above and beyond, the lobby food was delicious, and breakfast was rich and varied.
The service was excellent, rooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpful, it felt like a home away from home, an outstanding place—highly recommended. Nothing was lacking; everything was perfect.

The hotel was very comfortable and overall we had a great stay. Room service was excellent, responsive, and professional. A special thank you to Dylon and Ricardo at the Concierge for being extremely helpful, friendly, and always upbeat. Whatever we needed, they gladly offered recommendations, transportation, directions, and anything else. The manager at reception was also very helpful when I had an issue with my original room and quickly arranged another room for me. Unfortunately, on Thursday morning, September 10, 2026, our experience was disappointing because of the attitude and lack of assistance from the receptionist, Tracy. We had three rooms but she put each of us on a different floor and was not helpful when we asked to be placed closer together. My original room also had an unpleasant smell. When I returned to Tracy and explained the issue, she said this was the only option available and offered no further help. I then asked to speak with the manager, who was extremely professional and helpful. He handled the situation very well and arranged a different room for me.
The location is great – it’s connected to a mall and perfect for shopping lovers. It’s the best choice with a lot of shopping malls and markets around. There is some maintenance happening on the higher floor, so you can’t have a quiet coffee time or read a book, especially in the mornings.
