The toilet in our room stayed clogged the entire time; maintenance unclogged it, yet it clogged again the next use.

The pool and the staff at check‑in were good, but the shower supplies were empty; when I mentioned it, the lady in the morning was a bit rude and said they refill after each cleaning, which wasn’t true because it was completely empty that night. I was supposed to have two full beds, but they switched to a larger bed and I didn’t have time to make a fuss.

I appreciated the 24‑hour coffee in the lobby, but like most hotels that offer free breakfast, there was much to be desired.

We took a room for a one‑night layover between cities; the room was spacious with comfortable beds, and the continental American breakfast was good.

I liked the location and the room was big; breakfast offered many options, but there was no gym facility.
