The décor is lovely, but the staff were arrogant and disinterested. The breakfast at a 5‑star resort was terrible, with hot food served cold and the same buffet repeated daily. Waiting for a coffee could take up to 25 minutes. We booked a room with a private pool, yet six other apartments overlooked it, ruining privacy, and the pool was so cold you couldn’t swim.

The vibe and aesthetic of the hotel were great, and the upgrade was good. However, we knew the location was close to the airport, but it’s incredibly noisy and will only get worse with more flights; morning departures could wake you up.

Everything was wonderful: the breakfast, the friendly and helpful staff, the location, the beautiful design, the separate rooms, and the comfortable beds all delighted us; I especially liked that there were no children, of course.
