“Tolle Finca in guter Lage”
The property is large, the pool is nice, the finca is well cut, and there are lemon and lime trees on the grounds. The drive to the finca is very narrow, so a larger car hardly fits. A vacuum cleaner in the accommodation would be great because there were many ants roaming the finca.

The estate is very beautiful with a great pool; highly recommended for families. A few items need to be renewed – the shower door, which isn’t essential for a holiday stay but is annoying.
The accommodation is beautiful, quiet, well equipped – everything you need is there, even a grill. Alcúdia is easily reachable on foot, for Port d’Alcúdia a car is recommended. Online check‑in was very easy and worked without problems. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though with some minor flaws. Tip for late summer: don’t forget mosquito protection – there are many mosquitos.

The house is nice and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped, everything we needed was there. The outdoor area is especially lovely: pool, chickens, many fruit trees… there was plenty for us and our son to discover and enjoy, and there are plenty of comfortable seats in the sun and shade. The location is also great – completely quiet, idyllic, rural, yet the beautiful center of Alcúdia, the beach and the supermarket are still not far. Here and there it isn’t entirely clean; the sofas inside are quite worn out.
