A good place for the price; the rooms weren’t huge (but that worked for us as a family) and everything else was simply wonderful—friendly hosts, nice breakfasts, a convenient location, and the sleep was fantastic and completely quiet.

Perfect for the beach, with Coconut Hill and Parrot Rock within walking distance; the hosts were very kind and accommodating, the rooms were large but a bit dated, yet still excellent, the mattresses were very comfortable, there was air conditioning and a small shared kitchen in the hallway, and overall it’s a great stay in a top location. The only downside was the construction above, which made it noisy for kids taking a midday nap, but it was very quiet in the evenings.

The host was very friendly, the breakfast and lunch were good, the room was spacious, and the location was convenient; the water pressure was minimal, there was no wardrobe for storing clothes, and it was very noisy—though not for long because construction was happening on the next floor.

The central location and nice owners were great, and the shower enclosure was fine; however, the shower was dirty (hair in the drain and leftover shampoo in the enclosure), the street noise was loud, and the curtains didn’t block light—so the room was bright in the morning.
