The location and friendliness were positives, and we were able to have breakfast a bit earlier because we had to catch the train; breakfast was okay. The beds were far too soft, and I would have preferred not to look at the mattress; there are a few mold spots in the bathroom. The room is in a not‑nice back courtyard that is noisy from the residents and the whole night there is a pump or something running.

The host was great! She took excellent care of me. When I told her I needed to arrive on time for my UTMB race, she gave me transport details to the start line, which I really appreciated. The food served was delicious!

A warm welcome, tastefully decorated, right in the center; because we had to leave before breakfast, we got dinner on the house.

Luca, the host, was friendly and helpful, and the location in the heart of the city was perfect; the bike garage was handy, and the room was clean and stylish. The heat made it hard to sleep because we couldn't get the air‑conditioning to work, and the mattresses felt a bit too soft for our liking.
