Breakfast was delicious and the place was clean, but the room had a cigarette smell.
The staff were pleasant, but the hotel’s low standards made it feel like a three‑star place.

The staff were very friendly and polite. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning, fan, or any cooling device in the room, even though the curtains were drawn like a sauna. The fridge was missing, the mattress was soft and collapsed in the middle of the bed.

The staff were wonderful, engaged, caring, friendly, open, smiling, extremely helpful, warm, and sincere; every single person was great. We won’t list what we didn’t like because that’s subjective. The hot water in the bathroom was comfortable, the bed was cozy, the location was quiet, nothing was missing, the elevator was wide, the stairwell was spacious, and the breakfasts were excellent.
The breakfast was very good, with everything covered, and the kitchen itself was also excellent. The reception area, however, felt a bit bleak—after entering, the building seemed “cold,” with dim lighting, no sound, no music, and a bearded man at the desk, all of which gave a creepy vibe, especially in the evening. Maybe the staff could consider brighter bulbs or some music at reception.
