The staff were friendly and the breakfasts and restaurant were decent. The outdoor pool and the indoor pool with jacuzzi were comfortable and ideal for relaxing with kids. There were also saunas, massages, a kids’ room, etc., so there was plenty to keep busy. Unfortunately, during our stay we caught a rotavirus infection, which really ruined all the good impressions of the hotel. The staff warned us that there had been an outbreak some time ago but assured us everything had been disinfected and there were no new cases. In reality, the situation was not as safe as they claimed.
We first stayed in the Borzava cottage – it was clean and functional, but it needed renovation and the room felt worn. We were moved to the boutique hotel without issue and there everything was great: the room was fresh, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, though I would have liked a larger selection of dishes, but there were no complaints about taste or quality. The restaurant was also very good, and both the outdoor and indoor pools were wonderful with plenty of lounge chairs. The first thing I saw in the morning was a tampon in the jacuzzi, which was very unpleasant. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was not cleaned either in the morning or in the evening.
Everything was good – the grounds were great, the views were nice, the staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were comfortable and cozy, breakfast was tasty and varied, and the pools were excellent – we really liked it!

It was the best holiday in Transcarpathia. The staff were welcoming, the grounds were tidy, the heated outdoor pool was superb, and the range of wellness services and food were tasty. We stayed in the “hut” cottage, where everything was arranged down to the last detail. Every day the room was cleaned and water bottles and toiletries were refilled. Even though the complex is large and crowded, the accommodation and leisure areas are positioned so no one disturbs anyone else, preserving the chance to enjoy quiet moments and the lake and mountain views. I recommend this complex for a restorative break – it has everything to recharge for new adventures! We liked everything, no complaints. As a suggestion: add dryers in the “hut” cottages, because the towel dryers in the bathroom are insufficient, and if possible add lounge chairs on the cottage terraces so guests can enjoy the mountain air and silence.

A loud fitness event was held on the hotel grounds during our stay, starting at 9:00 am with loud music for active sports, which made it impossible to sleep longer or have a quiet breakfast on the terrace, which is why people come to the mountains. The breakfast was tasty but monotonous, with a small selection. The coffee included in the breakfast price was awful, so we had to buy coffee at the bar before breakfast (there was a line at the bar for breakfast coffee). That is not acceptable for a hotel at that price.
