Capital O Mimi Del Mar, Playa del Carmen

The pool was nice, yet the sheets had holes and black marks, the cleaning was poor with yellow stains on surfaces, only one of three power sockets in the room worked, the towels bore yellow spots, two glasses contained stagnant water, the flush took about 10 minutes between each pull, the floor felt gritty with sand, and there was a table with no chair.

The hotel is super old and has no maintenance.

“Excelente”

The beach access is great, but there are no signs indicating where the hotel is.

“Las fotos no se condicen con el lugar, la limpieza no es su punto fuerte, y el internet no funciona casi nunca. Todo lo”

There’s no daily cleaning, and they don’t change sheets, towels, or toilet paper; the Wi‑Fi is unreliable; the door shuts only partially; there’s no 24‑hour manager, just maintenance staff.
