Everything was perfect.

The location was good and the bed was very comfortable, but they should have warned us 15 minutes before entry that there was an issue and we didn’t get the room until an hour and a half later; on the day of departure they wouldn’t even sell us a coffee.

Nothing positive. The room on the third floor had no direct elevator; the blinds couldn’t be raised because they opened straight onto the street below. It was a cramped space, constant noise from the cistern pipe, a complete disaster of a hotel, and a constant, annoying chlorine smell from the spa on the second floor.

The room faced the center of the port, had a great view, was tidy, and the receptionist gave useful dinner tips. Nothing particular to note.
