We were lightweight cyclists heading from Madrid to Córdoba, and this overnight stop was exactly what we needed. It’s a motorway truck stop with basic food and beer, and it fit our brief six‑hour break perfectly. The rooms were quiet, the motorway soundproofing was excellent, and the showers were hot with plenty of water. For its price, location and target market, it could hardly be improved.

We had to wait nearly an hour for check‑in because our reservation didn’t appear on the front desk’s list. Even though we presented the booking confirmation, the hostess couldn’t proceed without her manager’s approval, who was absent.
