Marloth Park is a solid starting point for a safari in Kruger Park. The lodge sits 17 km from Crocodile Bridge entrance, south of Kruger where you see a lot of animals. You can walk safely in Marloth Park and spot kudus, impalas, gnus, zebras, giraffes. The breakfast wasn’t great; we’d have liked a better coffee with real espresso.

The hotel is in a small nature reserve with free‑living wildlife, so you shouldn’t leave the hotel area at night. We didn’t pay much attention to bed size when booking, so the queensize bed felt a bit big. The host was very helpful and arranged a second room for our second night—thanks again! The extraordinary help booking Kruger tickets was also worth mentioning; it removed the morning stress and let the adventure start right away. The hotel is well‑located, about 30 min to Crocodile Bridge. There was a nice BBQ in the evening prepared by staff. All staff were truly attentive and friendly—if I were a typical German, I’d say a little more gastro training and the service would be perfect. The lunch package was also well prepared—we were short on time for breakfast.

The accommodation was perfect: comfortable beds, spot on 17 minutes drive from Crocodile gate, delicious food, and unbeatable service. Very pleased with the treatment we received.

Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Questo posto è davvero fantastico! Appena siamo arrivati la proprietaria ci ha fatto fare il giro del Lodge, spiegandoci tutto con tantissima gentilezza. La camera era bellissima e molto pulita. La doccia con vetrata sull'esterno è davvero bellissima. Ambiente intimo, molto silenzioso, in mezzo alla natura. Ci sono animali attorno al lodge. Il ristorante è davvero buono. Abbiamo fatto anche la cena attorno al fuoco, wow! E durante la colazione gli animali venivano vicino a noi. Il lodge si trova a circa 15 min di auto dall'ingresso del parco. NULLA
