The hotel offers nice facilities with bright rooms that feel spacious. The spa and pool area look stylish, and ordering from the poolbar via phone was a clever touch. Staff were attentive and ready to help at any time. Breakfast was decent but very typical Swedish, with the only highlight being the Resorb electrolytes at the buffet; a glass of champagne would have been nice. On the downside, the spa area felt a bit dull with only a few pools and no treatment options. The beds were worn and soft, clearly having been used by many guests, and the pillows were too high and hard. Breakfast also had watery scrambled eggs and undercooked bacon, and the seating arrangement in the restaurant felt somewhat chaotic.

The location is nice and the facilities are good. However, the service felt overwhelmed and unprofessional; ordering took forever and the tables were dirty.
