The Justin room was very large, with a nice bed, pillows, and covers. The shower needed improvement: controlling the head to avoid spraying the floor was a juggling act; neither of us is handicapped, so turning it on and off was not easy, and a wheelchair‑bound person would struggle with the controls. I asked for the bath door open and the commode lid up, sat on the right side of the sofa, and saw a yucky black growth just under the rim—housekeepers need to clean that area. We thought breakfast was included but discovered the snack area on the 3rd floor only before we left. The young man at the lobby coffee bar was exceptional and gave us good tips on where to find a full breakfast restaurant.
