Perched on hills 6 km from Siena, Agriturismo San Giorgio occupies restored ancient stables and farmhouse overlooking the Crete Senesi. The 75 m² living room features a cosy fireplace, while a pool glistens amid cultivated fields. Guests enjoy a children’s playground, barbecue, table tennis, bocce court, mountain‑bike hire, farm animals, peacocks, and venues for intimate country dinners or meetings.

I loved the agriturismo experience. The hotel is spacious, farm‑like, with incredible views of the Tuscan fields.

This lovely rural lodging is less than 10 km from Siena, perfect for unwinding after many tours and Tuscan routes. The property consists of a series of well‑equipped apartments with rustic design that feels like another era. It sits in the middle of the countryside and is accessed via an unpaved rural track about 2 km long. The surroundings include a parking lot, spacious, well‑maintained gardens, and a pool that creates a perfect oasis. Breakfast was outstanding, very complete, and included some homemade items. The host was patient and kind, handling a late check‑in after the office had closed. The access could be improved; the rural track has sections that are tricky for small vehicles.
