Honestly, the whole building needs major work, and the front desk felt outdated. I haven’t received my $360.00 refund even though they said they had processed it; when will I get it? I didn’t stay—after checking in, I went up to the room and it was in bad shape, with bugs crawling on me, literally! I spoke with staff and they agreed to refund my payment.
