The staff were kind, yet when we arrived at 9 am we spoke to a kitchen staff member who said early check‑in wasn’t possible but we could leave our bags. Later we talked to another staff member who claimed we had no bookings.

The staff on the 4th floor are great; they organize and explain what to do, let you take a shower when you arrive even if the room isn’t ready, and the restaurant is supposedly good. The building has four floors but no elevator, and the toilet door is hard to open, as is the shower rail.
