The room had a dirty carpet, the bed was very uncomfortable, and I couldn’t use the TV because no Wi‑Fi code was given. One of the window locks was broken, so I couldn’t open it. A piece of soap was stuck to the shower unit. I was very disappointed that breakfast wasn’t included in the price. I wouldn’t pay that much for this type of room again, and I would not stay here again.

The location was fine. Everything else was horrendous, and the manager didn’t honor the refund promised by staff upon departure.

The entire stay was great; the staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist even though they were new to management. The cook was exceptional, went above and beyond, and the food was wonderful.

I met Sarah, who was super friendly, and my kids loved watching the trains pass by. The room was huge and roomy, but it still needs a proper cleaning—there’s some mould on the bathroom ceiling, and I think a toilet and shower could fit in a corner since the space is so large, so you don’t have to share a communal bathroom.
