The staff are very friendly, but the facilities at NOUVATA BUDGET/LANTANA are extremely old… the bathrooms need re‑doing and everything is outdated.

The location and access to shops and the beach are great, but the silence is a problem.

The location! Proximity to beaches and restaurants. The Lantana, the annex of Nouvata, hasn’t changed in 50 years: it’s very far from the desk and the parking, the building is old, the rooms are old, the furniture is old, the bathrooms are old, it’s barely clean, mirrors are broken, the toilets are chipped, the bedding is rough, there are no power outlets, the rooms are against sanitary pipes on the upper floors (the atmosphere is guaranteed). In short, Nouvata offers discounted rooms at unjustified rates to local customers, while it houses foreign tourists and mobile police in modern, clean rooms! It’s a scam; the only advantage is the location near beaches and restaurants… and especially no questions at the desk for debriefing, sometimes if it’s negative! Hotel to avoid unless you’re a foreigner!

On a été logé au lantana et pas au sein du nouvata. Ça aurait été plus correct de nius prévenir. Logement propre mais baies vitrée non doublées donc on a vecu la soiree a la bodega! Portes abîmées Télé avec écran abîmé, chaînes qui grésillent, lunettes de toilette vieillottes
