The location and staff treatment, plus the breakfast was very tasty, but the room was a bit neglected: the bed was tilted to one side and the floor was in disrepair.

The breakfast seemed okay, yet the lady who handled my check‑in asked for a credit card as a guarantee, saying it wouldn’t be charged, because I told her I would pay with a debit card at the end of my stay, which I did on the night of Thursday, 20 August. However, the Mastercard was still charged, meaning I paid twice and now have to sort it with my bank; they should issue a voucher for the old manual guarantee instead of forcing customers to swipe the card at the payment terminal.
