“Wonderful”

Everything was truly wonderful: the hosts welcomed us warmly and kindly, making us feel at home from the start; the food was delicious, locally authentic, and the atmosphere cozy, peaceful, and genuine. Access was easy—even though the entrance road was a bit rocky, our low‑base car managed without problems. We left with full hearts and beautiful memories. Everything was wonderful.

“A wonderful and relaxing stay with amazing hosts — we would 100% recommend this guesthouse!”

We were greeted with genuine warmth and kindness from Laurentiu and his wife Sofia, who offered plenty of useful tips on local sights and directions. Their attentiveness, responsiveness, and readiness to help with any request stood out. Breakfast was excellent, fresh and well-prepared, and when we dined at the guesthouse for dinner, they kindly adjusted the menu to fit our vegetarian needs, which we truly appreciated. The guesthouse sits in a tranquil spot, everything is impeccably maintained and spotless. Our room was comfortable, and the overall vibe was ideal for unwinding and getting a good rest. The only minor drawback was the final stretch of the road to the guesthouse being unpaved, but it was so short that it hardly mattered.

“Amazing hospitality”

The hosts are fantastic, cooking food that outshines many established restaurants. The views are breathtaking, the room is well‑equipped with a cold air‑con unit, spotless, and the atmosphere is great. The hosts are eager to share local tips, even drafting a daily itinerary for us! Breakfast was abundant, and after our first long‑journey evening we chose to dine there every night, including our 30th‑anniversary dinner. With only two other couples staying at the time, it felt more like a summer getaway with friends. The hosts’ warmth and conversation made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Mosquitoes, though—those invisible pests that arrive too late! The approach road is unpaved, giving a “oh dear, what did I book?” vibe, but once inside everything is fine. The hosts really make the stay special.

The location felt like a dream—quiet, with hosts who were warm and ready to help, as if we’d known each other forever, and we’ll gladly return. The room was spotless, the food was delicious, everything was superb; thanks to Sofia and Laur for their hospitality.

The owners were incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful, which made a huge impression. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent—varied, regional dishes that hit the spot. The location is perfect for nature lovers wanting to explore the Geopark’s quirks like mud volcanoes, salt mines and wandering stones. We spent four full days there and really enjoyed it👍
