The condo itself was close to everything we planned to visit. The staff dismissed our complaints, gave no clear check‑in or check‑out instructions, and communication was lacking from the start, making the whole experience very disorganized. The AC barely worked, the Wi‑Fi stopped working, and overall it felt very unwelcoming.

The place was clean and had all the appliances we needed, but the view was just houses in the subdivision 😅, and the refrigerator was empty 😅.

It was a good value and the location was fine, but nobody—neither the host nor the grab drivers—could tell us where the pickup entrance was. Checking in was awkward, especially since we had already paid; Cityland had no idea. I had to shout my frustrations to get a gentleman walking by, who turned out to be the husband of the owner, and he helped us settle in.
