I liked the hotel overall – the room, the pool, everything was fine. The ground‑floor room is unbearable for those of us who sleep lightly because the ventilation motors are so noisy. One of the two nights I spent there was unbearable, and the other was just okay because I was exhausted. The breakfast is a bit limited in variety for a four‑star hotel.

The location is great, the staff treatment is excellent, especially in the dining area. When booking through Booking, they didn’t ask about my Canary resident status and applied VAT instead of IGIC, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. I know I’ll rarely book through Booking again. Cheers.

The location is perfect and the staff is very friendly. The breakfasts and dinners are varied and good. The air conditioning didn’t work, but they gave us a financial compensation for that.

I liked the location, the peace, the staff, the pool, the views, the buffet and the breakfast. What I didn’t like was the price – the air conditioning isn’t fixed, it’s too hot in summer for what you pay…
