The staff were friendly. I had requested a cot almost 2 months before travel and the hotel confirmed it would be added to my reservation, but when I arrived they said cots can’t go in standard rooms because of fire regulations, which made sleeping uncomfortable for my family. The carpet was dirty, the sitting chair was dirty, and the baseboards were dusty. I had to wrestle with the coffee machine to get it to work.

Questo hotel è un ottimo 3* e potrebbe tranquillamente essere un 4*. Il costo è veramente eccessivo: é vero che si trova vicino a Boston, ma è in un altro comune, é in periferia e la metropolitana non è vicinissima. Anche con tutti i servizi che offre costa decisamente troppo

Only one elevator was working at the time, and the beds sunk in.

The place looks nice and is right by the orange line with several stops for transfers. Breakfast was decent, but the fridge in the room had a musty smell, the room felt a bit cramped for the price, and the mini‑market had expired items. Only one elevator was operational.
