The staff were very accommodating and friendly! I couldn’t speak Bahasa Indonesia, but everything I needed was provided—laundry takes two days for a standard wash, and the room is tidied up efficiently and well each day (I leave for two hours in the morning and when I return, the room is already ready). Bottled water and toiletries are replenished often. The beds are comfortable, and the detergent or softener used for the sheets smells heavenly. The location isn’t close to public transport—you have to take an ojek to the train station, though I understand that might be normal in Indonesia. The Wi‑Fi in rooms on the 3rd floor is quite poor; the system needs resetting constantly, and sometimes the stated Wi‑Fi password appears to be incorrect.
