Breakfast was excellent and varied, the place was clean and quiet, and the staff were very friendly and helpful; I had been worried because of negative reviews, but they turned out to be exaggerated. There’s a place to store a bike for 10 zł, something most other places don’t even offer.

Good breakfast with great coffee, beautiful location, and a tidy room. The building’s architecture is a nightmare—it looks like a school building, the reception is overwhelming in its darkness, and the hallway tiles are dirty.

The hotel’s position is a big plus, offering quietness and peace, and it’s close to Lake Wigry and the cycling routes around it. However, the place seemed to slow down a bit; the breakfast was definitely cut back. The spread was disappointing, with some dishes not being replenished, and those arriving at the tail end of the breakfast window had very limited options. I get that the season might be winding down and fewer guests could be the reason, but the price for the stay isn’t cheap, so the hotel isn’t fully meeting its obligations. This dampens the overall experience, and if nothing changes, I’ll keep looking for other accommodations in the future.
