The only positive was that it was close to Kaiser Hospital. I chose the hotel because it advertised a crib online, but when I requested it on the day of check‑in, a staff member with a bad attitude told me he had never heard of it. The TV in my room wouldn’t turn on; when I called, the same person said he couldn’t help me and that I’d have to wait until tomorrow. I left a comment for the hotel, and that same guy came over with a very rude attitude, handed me blankets, and argued with me about why I had left a comment and why I couldn’t just wait. He said it wasn’t his fault, it was the morning staff who hadn’t told him anything. He never apologized and was extremely rude. The room itself was dirty and run down, with mold in the bathroom, cracks on the floor, a hot and stuffy hallway, and a weird smell. I will warn others about the bad service and horrible conditions. That man should be fired; I can’t believe he works there. I will never stay here again.

Almost everything was fine, except we were stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes. The elevator phone didn’t work, so we had to pry the door open with brute force to escape.

It was close to where we needed to be and was available, but the elevator was broken, the surrounding area was not great, there was a hair in the shower, and the air conditioning was extremely loud.
