The location and breakfast were great. The front‑desk staff were not very outgoing or friendly, and the rooms were kept at a temperature the hotel preferred.

The hotel’s location was excellent. When I showered, I had to turn on the hot water and let it run for about 15 minutes before it actually warmed up.

The hotel's convenient midtown location and comfortable beds were highlights, but the unassuming entrance may have left a misleading first impression.

While the hotel's rooms and cleanliness were impressive, the limited breakfast options and restrictive payment policies were notable drawbacks.

The hotel's central location and modern amenities were major selling points, but the unusual elevator layout may have caused some initial confusion.
