The hotel is close to almost everything cool in Boston and right off the Orange Line, with a decent parking facility. The room was very clean; all surfaces and linens were nicely cleaned. The bed was comfortable enough to rest your head on after a fun night, but nothing too special beyond that. The water in the room was weird: every time we flushed the toilet the shower pressure dropped, and if we used the sink at the same time the temperature would drastically increase.

The room and beds are huge and very comfortable. The location is nice—you can walk around the area and safely reach the main city attractions. The front‑desk staff were polite and helpful, though they couldn’t fix the lack of room service. I stayed for six days but only once someone came to fix the room and the bed. There was no kettle for boiling water for breakfast, contrary to what was advertised. One chair had broken legs in the room; when I asked for it to be replaced, someone came but couldn’t fix it. Practically, there was no breakfast—just coffee of poor quality, muffins, and on some days diluted orange juice. That’s not what I would call breakfast.

The beds are super comfortable, breakfast is minimal but included, and there’s flavored water in the lobby. It’s very central and close to several metro stops. You can see the reflecting pool and the Christian Science church from the windows. The room has a coffee maker and complimentary tea and coffee. The bathroom is old and small, and the closets are very, very sparse.

The hotel is lovely, the room is very nice, new, and spacious even though the bathroom is quite dated. It sits in a beautiful area full of amazing little brick buildings. The breakfast bar selection is good. The parking is cheap for the area, but still pricey for someone not used to Boston.
