The building is pretty, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped, and the location is good for walking to several points of interest. I was traveling alone with my son and some staff members were inappropriate, persistently offering transfers or tours, even knocking on my door on the day of departure to ask for my contact. The breakfast is poor for the price they charge.

The location is convenient and the balcony is nice, but the budget room is small, the TV is tiny, and it feels a little grimy. The staff are quite pushy about selling tours, and the small fish tank in reception was unpleasant to see.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to its perfect location and super friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and we loved having a bar and restaurant on site. The only thing that let us down was the creaky bed, but it was a small price to pay for such a great experience.

The hotel's location was a major plus, and the staff were always happy to help. However, the hotel's design meant it was a bit noisy, especially with the windows open, and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. Still, it was a solid choice for our stay.

This place was a real gem - the room was super clean and comfy, and the waiters were so kind and warm-hearted. We were blown away by the delicious Chinese food at dinner and the satisfying breakfast the next morning. Plus, it's just a short walk to the Kandy lake and Sri dalada maligawa, making it super convenient. We'd highly recommend it and can't wait to come back.
