We waited an hour for a room, first having to fetch the receptionist, then after a lengthy phone call they could only offer a place in the neighboring house, which didn’t meet the specifications we expected.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, considering the affordable price. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand. One of the best things about my stay was that the hot water was always available, which was a relief. However, there was one minor issue - they didn't have an electric kettle in the room, which was a bit of a hassle. Despite this, the helpful staff made up for it, and I'd definitely recommend this place for its value for money.

“Camcelled without telling us”

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the mixed bag that was our stay at this hotel. On the one hand, the communication leading up to our arrival was top-notch – I exchanged almost a dozen messages with the property using three different phone numbers, which was reassuring. But when we finally arrived, we were met with a very different story.

I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel due to its great location, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by some terrible service from the reception staff. When I arrived, they told me they had no record of my booking and proceeded to speak to me in a really rude manner. It was a pretty disappointing start to my stay, especially considering the hotel's otherwise decent facilities.
