The place is nice.

The hotel sits on the canal’s edge, in a very calm setting; on the terrace you only hear nature’s sounds. The staff and the owner are very welcoming and friendly. On the downside, the rooms aren’t very clean, there are holes in the walls, the bathroom is awful, the housekeeping probably didn’t do its job, the caulking is black, there’s rust on the radiator, and the paint is peeling. The bedding isn’t very comfortable and you can hear everything—neighbors, showers, toilets.
