I requested a refund because I didn't actually stay there. When I arrived, the room was infested with cockroaches and felt very dirty. I switched to another hotel on the same day and am still waiting for my money back. The experience was terrible and the staff seemed clueless.

Parking was fine. Most, the room was dingy, the pillows were poor, and everything felt very ordinary.
