The room was clean, but at first I found out the room I’d chosen was already taken. The staff insisted that because one person had arrived, a single room would suffice. Breakfast and the spa are in a second building 650 m away. The Premium Apartment’s shower is perfect for small people, yet you can’t shower without bumping into the wall. I hoped such places were long gone.

During our stay we found nothing that could offset the later events; the initial impression was decent, but everything was taken over by the scandalous way we were treated. We had one of the worst lodging experiences ever, with extreme stress and unacceptable behavior. On the first day we noticed loud noise from the floor above our room, lasting until about 23:30 and sometimes almost midnight; we reported it immediately and said it was very loud, yet our concerns were dismissed and we were treated as if we were overreacting. I definitely do not recommend room 1, where every footstep, thud, and other sounds from above are clearly audible, making it impossible to enjoy a quiet stay. The noise issue was just the beginning. A serious conflict arose with a staff member who verbally attacked and insulted me, then falsely accused me of insulting his children, a lie my husband, who was present, can confirm. The situation was so serious that the person was later removed from the property, and police only arrived afterward. Subsequent contact with the property was also negative; instead of listening calmly and taking us seriously, we were again made to feel we were exaggerating. I received written abusive messages, which I have kept as evidence. I called the property to detail the incident, and the reservation was then marked as cancelled.

A lovely spot for a break in Zakopane ❤️ Our room was on the attic – cozy, clean, and fully equipped. Next to the room is a small shared kitchen, which is very convenient. The balcony view of the mountains is simply wonderful! 🏔️ Especially beautiful in the morning. The sauna and jacuzzi are a big plus, free to use, perfect after a day of hiking. The hosts are very friendly, helpful, and always ready to help. We remember the whole stay very fondly and would gladly return. ❤️
