Because of a flight delay, I arrived at the hotel late at night, about 5 hours after the time I’d called in. I rang the phone number and, even though they were sleeping, they came right away to welcome me and process my check‑in. Nothing else to note.

The location was the only downside.

The air‑con didn’t get cold enough, there were ants on the floor and walls, and the room was really small.

The hotel was close to the sea, had plenty of free parking and breakfast, but the AC wasn’t cooling, the water heater wasn’t working, and the highway nearby made a lot of engine noise.
