They never turned on the generator during a whole night of load shedding, denied me an early check‑in by an hour, and still tried to charge extra.

The room felt cramped and the WiFi was completely unavailable.

Nothing about this stay was worth mentioning; the room was filthy, the old AC was broken, the bathroom was unsanitary and I was afraid to use the toilet, the staff and manager were rude and careless, and if you drive there’s no proper parking—when full you may have to leave your car on a busy road.
