“Adequada”
The accommodation is great for walking around the historic centre of Itu, but the prices are high for the level of lodging.

The breakfast ladies were very friendly and helpful.

Accessibility is good, but the bed has a spring mattress that is a bit uncomfortable, and the breakfast on the second day was somewhat lacking.

The location is excellent, but the TV is basic; a smart TV would be more suitable.

The hotel is wonderful, with a superb location, attentive and polite staff, a comfortable and quiet room, a soft bed, and a clean bathroom; the breakfast is excellent and we’ll definitely return. Nothing was missing, everything was perfect.
