An excellent experience overall. Leo was very kind and provided all the help needed, including an early check‑in because the room was ready earlier. Clean, comfortable, and quiet.

The location is decent, but the hotel feels like a mid‑range place for the price it charges. The bed is hard and uncomfortable, lacking a pillow top that would make a hotel bed feel better. It’s noisy, and the room looks larger in the photos than it actually is. Check‑in requires filling out a paper form that’s barely legible, which feels insecure. Breakfast also demands signing a paper that’s irrelevant, and there was no toothpaste provided for guests, even though it claimed to have personal cleaning products. I didn’t like it and wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for comfort and rest; this place won’t deliver.

Everything was great. The only thing that should be mentioned in the description is that the suite is at Mercure São Pão Bela Vista and the check‑in happens there. When we arrived, we thought we were at the wrong location because the address matched the hotel’s.
