“Perfekt”
The location is excellent! The rooms are clean and the bar is perfect for an evening drink.
The breakfast room and bar are nicely and brightly decorated. Tap water is freely available at all times. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A few more options for hanging items in the room would be nice. The breakfast felt a bit pricey for the offering. The mattress in our room was quite worn.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Hey Lou Hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We arrived with a horse trailer and they immediately arranged hassle‑free parking for us. We were even allowed to park on the bus parking lot and only had to pay the normal parking fee—great service! The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Our room was bright, friendly, and cozy, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. We felt completely comfortable and would return anytime. Thanks to the entire team for a fantastic stay! 😊
Das Frühstück Büffet war gut und ausreichend , Zimmer sind okay aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre es mir zu minimalistisch Die Lage des Zimmers ,an der stark befahrenen Straße war uns zu laut. Ich würde nur ein Zimmer nach hintenraus buchen. Der Check in ist für ältere Personen eine Herausforderung ,check in nur über Laptop keine Barzahlung möglich. Lage des Zimmers direkt an der stark befahrenen Straße Auffahrt zu der Autobahn absolut zu laut . Zimmereinrichtung sehr spartanisch aber ausreichend . Die Matratzen sind extrem durchgelegen, hatte selten so schlechte Matratzen wie in diesem Hotel. Für behinderte Menschen ist es schwierig in die Toilette oder in die Dusche zu kommen, es ist alles sehr eng gebaut. Besonders ärgerlich war auch, das ich an zweimal eine Mail bzl eines behindertengerechten Zimmers geschrieben habe und nie eine Antwort erhalten habe. Der Preis für dieses Zimmer ,war auch nach meiner Erfahrung zu hoch
