The location was perfect. When we arrived, there was renovation work and very little signage. The pool and hot tub were unusable, which was fine because they posted a notice, but I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t warn us about the other construction going on.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and cozy. The shower head points straight out the door no matter which way you turn it, so the floor gets wet.

The staff were mostly very attentive.

It was very good. The elevator makes a lot of noises, which is uncomfortable, and there is no ironing board in the room.
