The hotel is wonderful and very colorful.

Since the end of August I've been trying to get an invoice from them. They said they'd send it via WhatsApp, but now they never respond. I don't recommend them.

“We decided to extend our stay by one additional day after completing our Bukhara trip (after 2 Night”

After finishing our two-night stay in Bukhara, we decided to add one more day. The hotel told us we could book directly without using the booking app, so we did. Two days later we called again to confirm and they said everything was set. But when we returned three days later as planned, we were told the hotel was fully booked and no room was available. As foreign guests with family members over 60, this was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The hotel’s handling of our reservation showed a total lack of professionalism and respect for guests. We suspect our booking was cancelled or ignored without notice, perhaps to accommodate higher‑priced reservations. This caused major inconvenience and stress for our family. We expected the hotel to honor a confirmed booking or at least notify us in advance if they couldn’t accommodate us. This treatment shows a lack of respect for guests and falls far below acceptable hospitality standards.
