The bed was a bit small but very comfortable—we slept well. The shower in the bathroom was excellent. The breakfast area was a bit cramped and not fully satisfactory, but the food was fine; milk was missing. The view of Volcano Arenal was amazing.

The rooms looked just like the pictures, with a comfy bed and high‑quality sheets, and everything was spotlessly clean. I was told I could pay on arrival, then the price was reduced two days before my stay and I was asked to use a corporate card; the receptionist wouldn’t budge even after I explained, which was frustrating.
