The Ada room was superb; it had a full fridge and all the amenities we wanted, and it was spacious enough to move a mobile scooter in and out. I’ll be looking for more hotels in your chain!

“Frightening, dangerous, police on premises frequently!”

I had nothing positive to say—after speaking with police who arrived on the property I felt scared and had to leave right away. The building was filthy, outdated, and unlivable; the snack breakfast was a joke, and there were numerous criminal incidents that required police attention. Marijuana smelled in the hallways, and it was a nightmare. I’ve warned many people about this place and would never recommend it.

“I would like a refund”

Nothing. I asked to cancel and she said I couldn't because I booked with . Property was poorly maintained and had soft spots in floor and smelled. Would not recommend. Everything. Had to wait for a front desk attendant for over 20 minutes. I asked to cancel and she said I couldn't because I booked with . As we would have been coming home around midnight, we felt it would have been very unsafe for us at that time

“Ewww never again!”

The bed was comfortable, but there were condoms in the parking lot, no breakfast (they told me everyone eats at 6 am), the room (101) smelled, and there were homeless people living there.
