The hotel’s location is fantastic—just a short walk from the old town and easily reachable from the train station via line 9. The breakfast buffet is very good, the staff are all friendly, and the housekeeping is reliable. We were satisfied overall, though the room didn’t match the attractive photos; it was clean, had everything we needed, and the mattress was comfortable.

The only advantage was the location. We were given a dirty room. Everything form the previous guests lying around and a cleaning service was not provided. They changed the bed sheets but didn't clean anything else especially the bathroom and WC. By the time we could get into the room it was already 10.30pm and didn't get an alternative!!!!

The location is great for breakfast, and there’s nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was outstanding with plenty of hot and cold options, though the noise from large student groups made it a bit disruptive, which isn’t the hotel’s fault.
