OYO 350 Mae Saeng Place

I picked this place mainly for its value and proximity to Khao Chalak, where I usually trek. The only downside was the lack of cleanliness; mosquitoes and bugs bit me, which was unacceptable.

Nothing to say positively. I stayed one night, the location was bad, and the old lady didn’t speak English. I didn’t finish the other nights and want my money back.

The location is close to the destination, easy to get in and out, near restaurants, a convenience store (supermarket), gift shops, and still had time to stroll by the sea. Nearby natural relaxation spots include Wan Naphap Beach, Bang Saen Beach, and Koh Loiy Sriracha. The price fluctuates a lot; I booked multiple times and the rate never stayed the same, rising perhaps due to the economy or lower standards elsewhere, making it hard to find a fair deal.

“dont book herre yhey gonna trick you with the deposit and stuff”

This place feels like a scam. It was nice while I was there, paying tips and other fees, but I had to check out early because my girlfriend was in a motor accident and needed urgent medical care. I had to leave early and lost a lot of money on the deposit. I tried to talk in English with the staff, but there was no helpful service. I strongly advise against staying here.
