The place is brand new, tucked inside a villa owned by the hosts. A small detail that could use improvement is the external sign, which makes it hard to find, but otherwise this B&B is perfect for those who want the convenience of a local stay with home‑like comfort. The owners are incredibly kind and ready to meet any request, and they go out of their way to make the visit pleasant. It was a delightful discovery and will definitely be my go‑to for future trips to the area.

I stayed one night at this property. It’s a truly charming spot far from the city bustle yet just minutes from Cesena. Everything is designed to welcome and pamper guests, with meticulous detail and high‑quality furnishings. The spacious living area includes a living room and a kitchen, all equipped with comforts that make you feel truly at home. The bedroom is roomy with fine furniture, and the bathroom is equally well‑crafted, featuring a chromotherapy shower. In summer you can also use the exclusive pool and sauna. It’s a real haven of tranquility, serenity, and privacy, and the value for money is excellent. The owners are wonderfully sweet and helpful. See you soon!

I stayed in this apartment and it was really nice! The setting was warm and polished to the smallest detail. The owners were extremely friendly and fully available. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable spot and impeccable hospitality, and I would gladly return.
