Owner is honest and super friendly, made the stay feel welcoming. Nothing else to note.

Service was super cordial, Mr. Claudnei is a sweetheart, always attentive. Breakfast was great, room spotless.

Room has AC, which was nice, but the staff were inattentive and didn't care to please. The bed was uncomfortable, linens and carpet had stains, furniture and doors needed repair, everything looked old and neglected. Breakfast was weak—black coffee tasted bad, few options, cakes and breads weren't fresh.

Location is great, but the hotel doesn't match the photos. Bathroom sink leaks, tiles are dirty, overall place is messy, breakfast is weak—wouldn't recommend.
