The place was so dirty that all I could say was it was clear; the Dragonfly hotel was awful, and the guy running it was very rude and didn’t listen to what I said about his room. On the first night I slept with my clothes on on top of the bed. My friend and I checked out the next day and stayed at another spotless hotel.

The location was brilliant, right in the heart of the Dickson Road nightlife, but the stairs were steep.

The location was great, the host was friendly, and the value was good; I got an early check‑in which I appreciated. The bed was comfortable, but the sheet and cover were very creased and, while clean, could have felt a bit fresher.
